margin-bottom: 0; padding: var(--wp--preset--spacing--50);\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-column\"><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As an undergraduate, Katharina also worked<\/span><\/em><\/div>\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-column\"><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">as trained facilitator at the Oberlin Barefoot<\/span><\/em><\/div>\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-column\"><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sustained Dialogue program, leading cross-<\/span><\/em><\/div>\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-column\"><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">demographic conversations on environmental<\/span><\/em><\/div>\r\n<div><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">justice, and was a finalist for a 2026 Watson<\/span><\/em><\/div>\r\n<div><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fellowship in this area.
